Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has rescinded his $1 million offer to Ashley Alexandra Dupré to participate in the 2008 GGW Spring Break tour and pose (partly clothed) for his new complementary magazine. Not because of any moral or legal conundrum, mind you, but because Dupré is already part of GGW history. A search through the company’s archives Tuesday turned up footage of America’s most famous call girl that was shot in 2003 while Dupré was in Miami celebrating her 18th birthday. And in honor of Dupré’s newfound fame, Francis is planning to put some of the more scintillating clips up for sale Wednesday on the GGW website. “I’ve got it all. Topless, her nude in the shower, making out with girls,” Francis told E! News on Tuesday. “She rode the Girls Gone Wild bus for a week.” Dupré shot seven tapes of footage, easily enough for a full video of highlights, the company said.

It seems that MobiTV forgot to add any security to their SprintTV application. Now that the cat is out of the bag, it seems they are starting to send out cease and desist orders. Its amazing that a commercial app can be this unsecured.

San Francisco’s Green Building Nightmare
…the new George H.W. Bush Federal Building now looms over midtown San Francisco….it is a disaster… lack of air conditioning or heat…workers seek to relieve the heat by opening windows, which not only sends papers flying…some employees must use umbrellas to keep the sun out of their cubicles…federal office workers do not get enough exercise. To address this, elevators in the building only stop at every third floor. This requires employees to walk up or down one or two flights of metal stairs...employees seeking to avoid stairs use the disabled access elevator, leaving this car crammed with people and making the ride to the top extremely slow...deliveries must use the disabled access elevator…the project’s huge cost overruns and functional inadequacies have apparently been ignored solely due to excitement over its “Green” stature….even though it FAILED to get a pass in the Green Building Rating System!
